Can you fly over a villa inside a gated urbanisation?

Usually, subject to airspace at that address. Private communities often have their own rules on drone use, so we ask the agent to notify the administrator, and we keep the flight over the property and its immediate access rather than neighbouring plots.

How many aerial photos does a property shoot include?

A typical villa or apartment building produces between fifteen and thirty edited photographs covering the overhead plot view, elevated façade angles, context toward the sea or mountains and the approach. Larger estates or developments are scoped separately.

Do you also film interiors or only aerial shots?

Our core service is aerial, but for property we can combine exterior drone shots with ground-level stills and gimbal video walkthroughs on the same visit. Tell us the full deliverable list so the visit is planned as one session.
