CORPORATE EVENTS

Drone filming for corporate events and launches in Spain

Spain is a favourite for incentive trips, dealer conferences and product launches, from Barcelona congress halls to fincas outside Seville and resort hotels in Mallorca. We give the event film its scale: the venue in its setting, the delegates arriving, the gala dinner terrace at dusk, all coordinated with the agency's production team.

WHY DRONEX

What changes when the flight is planned properly.

01

Show-caller on the radio

Our pilot is linked to the production channel, so aerial moves happen on cue with arrivals, reveals and the group photo rather than guessed from a distance.

02

Incentive-trip itineraries

Multi-day programmes moving between a hotel, a vineyard and a boat excursion are planned as a sequence of separate flight sites, each checked in advance.

03

Brand and delegate discretion

Confidential launches and named guests are handled with NDAs, controlled file access and no public use of any material without written approval.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Before you request a quote.

Tell us about your project
Can you deliver a highlight clip the same day as the event?

For gala dinners and closing sessions we can cut a short aerial-led teaser on site for the evening screen or the next-morning social post, if that is scoped in advance. The fully edited recap follows within the standard delivery window.

How do you coordinate with the event production company?

We ask for the running order, the site plan and a production contact. Before the event we agree the flight windows, the take-off area and the radio channel, then attend the technical rehearsal or walkthrough when the schedule allows.

Can you film at a private finca or hacienda used as a venue?

Usually, since rural venues are away from urban airspace, though some sit near airfields or protected areas. We check the venue address, agree flight zones with the venue manager and keep the aircraft off guests, following the same rules as for any event.
