Tell us about your project
Can a drone fly directly over guests at an event?

No. Flights over uninvolved people are restricted in Spain, so we plan positions that show the crowd from the side or from above adjacent open ground. The organiser confirms which zones are clear, and we brief security so nobody wanders under the aircraft.

Will the drone be noisy or distracting during speeches?

It can be at close range, so we avoid hovering near the stage while someone is speaking and prioritise arrivals, breaks, outdoor activities and wide establishing shots. For quiet moments we fly higher and further away, where the sound is barely noticeable.

What happens if it is windy or raining on the event day?

We monitor the forecast in the days before and agree a decision point with you. Heavy rain or strong gusts can ground the aircraft for safety, in which case we reschedule the aerial part if the event permits or apply the agreed cancellation terms.
