Is drone surveillance legal for a private company in Spain?

Only as part of a security operation run by licensed personnel and within the private security and data protection framework. We provide the aerial support to such teams; we are not a security company and do not act as one.

Can you monitor a rural estate or farm from the air?

We can fly scheduled overviews of boundaries, gates, buildings and livestock areas and share them with your security provider or estate manager. Recording people or neighbouring land is avoided and the plan respects data protection rules.

Do you fly surveillance flights at night?

Night flights are assessed for each location, since airspace, category and equipment requirements differ. Where feasible, thermal or low-light cameras can be used, always within the security team's plan and procedures.
