INDUSTRIAL INSPECTION

Industrial drone inspection in Spain for plants, tanks, chimneys and roofs

Chimneys, storage tanks, pipe racks, conveyors and warehouse roofs are expensive to reach with rope access or lifts. We fly close visual inspections of these assets on Spanish industrial sites, capturing every face in a set sequence and handing the images to your engineers for assessment.

FOR YOUR PROJECT

A service designed around the result.

Plant maintenance managers, inspection engineers, refinery and chemical site operators, cement and steel plants, and insurers who need current visual condition data without shutting down equipment.

What it can include

  • Asset-by-asset inspection sequence
  • Zoom camera for close detail at distance
  • Coverage of chimneys, tanks and racks
  • Roof, gutter and cladding overview
  • Images indexed by asset and face

WHY DRONEX

What changes when the flight is planned properly.

01

Zoom keeps distance safe

Optical zoom lets us read weld seams, bolts and coating condition from a standoff distance, without approaching hot or energised equipment.

02

Sequenced for comparison

Each asset is photographed in the same order at every visit, so a corrosion patch or crack can be tracked across successive inspections.

03

Fits the permit-to-work system

We complete site inductions, work under your permit and stay in agreed zones, so the flight does not disrupt the plant or its people.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Before you request a quote.

Tell us about your project
Do you produce the inspection report for the plant?

We deliver organised, high-resolution imagery and video with notes on what was captured. The condition assessment, defect classification and report are prepared by the competent inspection engineer defined in the scope.

Can drones inspect live equipment on a chemical or petrochemical site?

Often yes, from a standoff distance and with the plant's approval of the flight area, ignition risk and radio use. Some zones are excluded, which we identify during the site induction before proposing a plan.

How does drone inspection compare with rope access or scaffolding?

It replaces the initial survey and many routine checks, so scaffolding or rope teams are sent only where a defect needs hands-on examination. Costs and time on site drop, and the visual record is more complete.
