VISUAL INSPECTION

Drone inspections for buildings and assets

We fly systematic visual inspections of roofs, façades, chimneys, gutters, solar arrays and other elevated elements, delivering images organised by zone so an engineer can review them at a desk. The drone replaces the first climb or cherry-picker hire, not the qualified professional who interprets what the images show.

FOR YOUR PROJECT

A service designed around the result.

Facility managers, engineers, contractors, property managers, insurers and asset owners who need a clear visual record of elevated or difficult areas before deciding on repairs or access.

What it can include

  • Defined inspection areas
  • Detailed visual capture
  • Files organised by location
  • Context video when useful
  • Structured digital handover

WHY DRONEX

What changes when the flight is planned properly.

01

Zone-by-zone capture

We agree a numbered grid or elevation plan with you first, then photograph each zone in sequence, so every image can be traced back to its position.

02

Close detail, safe distance

Zoom optics let us record cracked tiles, failed sealant or displaced flashing at readable resolution without the drone approaching the structure closely.

03

Evidence, not verdicts

The deliverable is a clean visual record. Structural or technical conclusions stay with your engineer or surveyor, and the written scope says so explicitly.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Before you request a quote.

Tell us about your project
Do you provide a technical inspection report with the images?

No. We deliver organised, labelled imagery and, where useful, short context video. Interpreting defects, assessing structural condition or certifying a roof is the role of a qualified engineer or surveyor, who can work from our files. Define that in the scope.

Can a drone inspect a roof that has no safe access?

That is exactly where it helps. Steep pitches, fragile skylights, tall industrial roofs and façades over busy streets can be photographed from the air without anyone stepping onto them, provided airspace at the address allows the flight.

How are inspection images organised on delivery?

Files are sorted into folders by zone or elevation as agreed in the plan, with consistent naming and an overview image marking where each series was taken. That lets a reviewer locate a specific gutter run or panel string quickly.
