INSURANCE

Drone documentation for insurance claims and damage

After a storm, a hailstorm, a fire or a flood, an insurer needs to see the extent of exterior damage quickly and without sending someone onto a compromised roof. We photograph the affected property and its surroundings from the air, organise the images by area and date them, so adjusters, owners and repairers work from the same record.

WHY DRONEX

What changes when the flight is planned properly.

01

Before anyone climbs

Wind-lifted tiles, hail-cracked skylights and fire-damaged roofs are photographed from above first, reducing the need to put an adjuster on a weakened structure.

02

Neutral, dated, unretouched

Images are delivered with capture time and position, colour-corrected only for accuracy and never enhanced, so both parties to a claim can rely on them.

03

Portfolio response after a storm

When one event damages many properties, we route a flight day across the affected area and deliver a folder per address, useful for community administrators and insurers.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Before you request a quote.

Tell us about your project
Is drone imagery accepted as evidence in an insurance claim in Spain?

Insurers and adjusters routinely use dated photographic evidence, and aerial images add context that ground shots cannot. Whether it is sufficient on its own depends on the policy and the adjuster; we supply the record, and any assessment of cause or cost is theirs.

How fast can you attend a property after storm damage?

We reply within 24 hours and prioritise post-event documentation where weather and airspace allow. Immediately after a major storm, conditions can still be unsafe to fly, so we schedule the first safe window and deliver organised images within the standard 48 hours.

Can you document damage on a block of flats managed by a community?

Yes. Community administrators often need roof and façade evidence for a claim affecting several owners. We fly with the administrator's authorisation, review the building's urban airspace, and deliver files labelled by elevation and roof section for the adjuster.
