Will everyone I deal with speak English?

Your coordination contact, the person who writes the proposal and the pilot on the day all communicate in English. Spanish is used with venues, site staff and authorities on your behalf, and we report back to you in English at each step.

How do you handle time zone differences with UK or US clients?

Spain is one hour ahead of the UK and Ireland and six ahead of New York, so overlapping working hours exist every day. We confirm calls in your local time, reply to enquiries within 24 hours and send flight-day updates as they happen.

Can you invoice a UK or US company, and in which currency?

Yes. Invoices are issued in euros with full EU tax details, and we can add your purchase order number and the references your accounts team needs. Payment is by bank transfer; the proposal states the terms before any flight is booked.
