How should I brief a drone pilot I am hiring in Spain?

Send the exact location, the date, reference images or a storyboard, the deliverables and how the material will be used. A short list of priority shots helps most. We reply within 24 hours with feasibility notes, a proposal and any questions before anything is booked.

How do you check that the shoot location is actually flyable?

We plot the coordinates against ENAIRE's geographic UAS zones, look at nearby airports, urban limits, protected areas and terrain, and confirm what coordination or authorisation the flight would need. You get a clear answer before committing, not on the shoot morning.

How is footage delivered to a client outside Spain?

Through a secure download link with organised folders, usually within 48 hours of the flight for edited material. Original files can be delivered on request. Large production packages can go to your own cloud storage or transfer service if you prefer.
